Will I actually see what's wrong with my roof before I pay?
Yes — that's exactly how Kevin quotes. He gets up on your roof himself, takes photos of the problem areas, and shows them to you while he explains what needs fixing and what it will cost. A lot of roofers never do that, and customers are left guessing where their money went. With us, you see it with your own eyes first, so you know exactly what you're paying for.
Can a repair save my roof, or do I need a replacement?
Often a targeted repair — flashing, sealing, shingle replacement, skylight resealing — adds years to a roof. If a replacement is genuinely the better value, we'll explain why and show you what we found. You'll never be sold a new roof you don't need.
What is torch-on roofing, and is it safe?
Torch-on (torch-down) is a 2-ply membrane system for flat and low-slope roofs: a base sheet and a cap sheet heat-welded together for a seamless, watertight finish. It's hot work, which is why experience matters — Kevin has specialized in it for years and follows strict fire-safety practices on every job.
Do you remove snow and ice from roofs in winter?
Yes — we offer winter ice and snow removal from shingled, flat, and low-slope roofs across the GTA, including ice dam removal, icicle clearing, and clearing snow and ice from eavestroughs and flat-roof drains. Heavy snow adds a lot of weight and ice dams can force meltwater into your home, so it's worth clearing before a leak starts. What is an ice dam, and should I have it removed?
An ice dam is a ridge of ice that builds up at the edge of the roof and stops melting snow from draining. The water pools behind it and can work its way under shingles, causing leaks, stained ceilings, and damaged insulation. If you see thick ice at the eaves, large icicles, or a winter leak, have it cleared — and don't try to chip it off yourself, which often damages the roof. We remove it safely and check for any damage while we're there.
